We currently trade in Great British Pounds, we can accept payment from all currencies as it will automatically convert to GBP when checking out.

I have an item missing from my order!

We are very sorry! All items are scanned multiple times to complete your order before leaving our warehouse so this is extremely rare!

If there's an item missing from your order please contact us via our contact page or directly at hello@ssomofficial.com with your name and order number so we can rectify this mistake as quickly as possible. 

Can I amend/change my order?

We try to dispatch your orders as fast as possible at our warehouse meaning once an order is placed its extremely rare we can catch it fast enough to amend it! This means we cannot remove items, change items, add items or combine orders. 

If we are unable to stop your order for amending you will need to return any unwanted goods at your own expense for a refund or exchange or place an additional order for anything you forgot to add.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before clicking 'buy now'. You are able to return an item within 14 days for a full refund.

My card has been declined at checkout!

Ensure you have entered all your details correctly at the checkout. If your payment is not successful and all details are correct, your card issuer may have declined your payment.

I have received the wrong item!

If you have received an incorrect item please contact us using the contact form or directly at hello@ssomoffcial.com Please provide the following information.

  • Order reference

  • Item name/sku ordered but not received 

  • Item name/sku received incorrectly  

We will ensure this gets rectified as soon as possible! 

The items in your order are scanned multiple times before the final packing and dispatch process so this is very rare and we may be able to identify exactly why this has happened with further information from you.

I have received a faulty item!

We are very sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! 

Before you go ahead and return it to us we could save you the hassle! Please send your order number, a description and photo of the fault on the item to hello@ssomofficial.com so we can rectify this issue for you ASAP! 

We keep records of any and all faulty items on file so we can work to avoid these issues in future with our factories. Quality is of great importance to Sunshine State of Mind and we strive for the best!

Customs & Duties

All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your country’s customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.

My order tracking does not work

Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking link to become live with the carrier. In most cases the tracking link will only become live online once it is scanned for the first time. 
You may have received your dispatch notification already but your parcel might still be at the warehouse awaiting collection. Once collected you will begin to see your order journey.

Where is my order?

All orders placed before 3pm BST/GMT will be dispatched on the same working day, if you placed your order after 3pm your parcel will be dispatched the following working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Once your order is collected from our warehouse and scanned by the carrier your tracking link will become live (tracked parcels only).

If your order tracking isn’t updating or you haven’t received any notification emails or tracking please contact us so we can resolve any issues for you.

  • Display the returns address clearly on your returns parcel.
  • Send your unwanted items back to our warehouse, we recommend via a tracked service.
  • Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags!

What we’ll do when we receive your return…

  • Once your return arrives at our warehouse we’ll begin to process it as soon as possible!
  • If you’ve requested an exchange and your new desired item is in stock we’ll get that dispatched to you right away.
  • If the item you want is out of stock we’ll be in touch via email to discuss your options.
  • If you’ve requested a refund, please allow up to 8 working days for your refund to be processed.
  • If we receive a return without any instructions we’ll be in touch as quickly as possible to see how you want to proceed.

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, Sunshine State of Mind do not offer Free Returns.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.
  • Anything returned outside of the 14/28 day policy will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, instead we will return the items back to you.
  • Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 14 day returns policy as normal.

Do I pay for cost of returns?

Yes, currently any returns posted back to us by the customer will be at the full cost of the customer. We do not currently offer free returns however please keep an eye out for any changes to our returns policy.

Have you received my return yet?

UK Returns

Depending on the service used to return your item(s), it can take up to 8 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team. We try to process all returns within 48 hours of receiving them at our warehouse.

We’ll notify you by email once the return has been processed.

International Returns

Depending on the service used to return your item(s), it can take between 7 – 18 days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team, we will notify you by email once this has been processed.
